The apartment itself is spacious and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to 6 people. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it provides a comfortable stay for larger groups. Additionally, the building is well-maintained and clean, ensuring a pleasant environment.
Some minor maintenance issues were reported, such as a broken window and missing hand towels.

jan&joan apartment was even better than our previous stay in bilbao. the comfortable and spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for our group of 6. the location, close to fine arts museums and guggenheim museum, was a major plus.

I recently stayed at Jan&Joan Apartment for a week-long trip with a group of friends. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to museums, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment itself was spacious, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for accommodating all six of us. The cleanliness was impressive, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. , the hosts were extremely helpful and allowed us to store our bags in their adjacent café bar. I highly recommend checking out their bar, as the prices are reasonable and there is additional seating inside that we initially overlooked.
Would recommend this hotel.
